Why Thomas Tuchel was sacked

Chelsea players have questions the decisions amid poor communication from the coach.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly and co. Were in attendance to Chelsea defeat against Zagreb, which led them to make a final decision overnight with a press release.

The problem started from dressing room, which a lot of players have started to question TT decisions and his behaviors behind the scenes.

The players complained that he had grown harsh towards them and distant himself from those that have the knowledge of dymamics in at Cobham.

There was an unnamed player who to face Leicester city only to be dropped without any explanation from the coach. TT usually explained those decisions to the players but in this case, he didn't and felt like not doing so to them.

This left the player angry and also isolated.

TT also said he struggled with the new Chelsea owners, because he enjoyed a strong relationship with some of the Chelsea baord workers that departed earlier before the season. (Marina and Peter Cech).

Tuchel also complained of being charged to do the work of a sporting director which divided his attention from his coaching job.

His communication with the owners was growing poor and sour, which his assistant tried to step up to cover for him but it ultimately hurt the team.

He also had a sour relationship with some players like; Lukaku, Timo, Odoi, Gilmour which led to the departure of some of those players.

The Chelsea board have already wished him well on his departure from the official statement released on Chelsea's website.
